NY! Does anybody know this car?

Thinking about adding this to my other 2 bimmers. I've got a lead on this e30 m3...

It's a NY car, carfax is a little suspect (NAM title), current owner doesn't have any history records. It shows 78k on the odometer.

Does it look familiar to anyone? Any help would be appreciated.
