    Whats it worth?

Alright well i have decided its time to let me car go. It sist in the garage to much and doesnt get driven enough to justify keeping it in storage over the winter till next spring since i maybe drive it once a week. So guaging what i should be asking for it for a quick sale. So info on it.

    - Full tan M3 sport interior( pretty mint shape)
    - Ansa exhaust
    - Pioneer CD player

    - E-bay Short Shifter
    - 13 Button OBC, all fuctional

All done in the last 6k miles
    - Timing Belt, tensioner, guide, spring
    - Distributor
    - Rotor
    - Spark plug wires
    - Spark plugs
    - Valve cover gasket
    - Coolant Flush
    - Rear diff Flush
    - Trans Flush
    - P.S. Flush
    - Brake flush
    - Valve Adjustment
    - Oil change with Rotella 15W-40, Mahle filter

    Known bad:
    - oil leak( looks like its comming from the drain plug)
    - some battery tray rust
    - shiter bushings getting bad
    - P.O. got the car repainted and it was a poor job, some dings and nicks(6/10)
    - hubcentric rings(wheels shakes at speeds) diagnosed by swapping on stock wheels and the
    steering wheel shake went away

Pictures to come by the end of the day. Just want a ball park of what i should be asking for a quick sale. Want it gone before December.

Probably around $3400 TOPS. But don't expect that. I dunno, in the economy it's hard to tell, but with swapped cars going for 5k or so and that s50 just selling for 6k it's hard to justify non swapped high priced e30s. I'd say 2.5-2.9k for a quick sale. That's just my opinion from what I've seen. But you might be able to get 3 or so if it's really nice, it's hard to tell from the pics but if the paints as bad as you say maybe not.

Not to say there aren't a few nice higher priced ones out there, but they aren't exactly selling fast. Or at all for that matter.

That being said you might be better off taking off the more valuable parts i.e. spoiler, wheels, maybe interior and selling those, then selling the car a bit more stockish.

Again that's just my opinion. Of course I'm kind of in the market for an e30 so I might be buyer biased, but I am being honest with you, just from what I've seen.

Hey thats what im looking for, and honest opinion. I had a price of $3k in my mind. So i think that what im going to go for. If it dont sell for that by the end of November i will just put it in storage and keep it. Can really go any less than that for what i have stuck into it.

3k is a great price! Most of the tedious things are taken care of. A respray and some new wheels(sorry) is all it needs!! GL with the sale.

nothing special there. Havent got to it yet except for maintenance items. Have a alpina valve cover, fully repainted intake ready to go on but i think i might just hold onto those for a bit.
