Thanks ben312, for the clarification. I got in on this post late. Yes, I don't run those kind of sneakers" tires "... But I have the "splay".... it's nice.

It doesn't even look nearly as low as the brown e21 on the drivers side. I have no idea what his point is, but whatever it is, I'm pretty sure it's invalid.

Not sure what he's trying to say, but his henna E21 looks much better than Stance Stance Revolution in post 1.

I guess.. if you're into stock ride height, super narrow offsets, and 14" wheels with something close to 195/65's

          It looks clean atleast.

I just have no idea wtf "splay" is or why he's using that term instead of what I'm pretty sure is known as camber.

I've had 3 e21's, two of them Euro 323 (1 Baur), they all had that same camber in the rear, they were all stock suspensions. My E30 M3 seems to have much less.

Not saying it couldn't do without some different suspension, some euro bumpers, and maybe some E30 baskets or 15" RA's. IMO, cars like this or this trounce whatever that guy did to his E21 in the OP.

As a 35+ year carrier of the infectious BMW disease, I call camber in the rear; "splay". Yes, I have had two e21's and I love my current e21, a 1983 320is that I purchased "sorta-kinda" new back in the early 80's.
It's the sweeeeeeeeetest ride with MODS. Face it, it's the father of the notorious, cult classic e30. Ride on bro! BTW, I'm cranking that turn, too. :D

                        Boring.

I mean they are clean and all, but they look like all the other "period correct" restores that have been done. It get's boring to look at after awhile.

I'm not saying you need white leather interior with montiors in the back headrests or anything, but something else is nice to look at.

Not a fan of stretched tires. Other than that, I like the car.
It's very clean, the wheels look pretty cool.
Obviously alot of work went into it.
