I got a great HFM to air filter adapter from Home Depot. 3" to 3.5" rubber plumbing connector piece, awesome part for $4 when you consider what the aftermarket charges for the same shit.

If you use bondo over the hinges and paint them, it would look be sick.

This car has a nice hood scoop too. I haven't seen one of those on an E30 yet, but I bet it would be good for those with a cold air intake.
