Monster Component Wire Question for those with HD TV

So I finally picked up an HD TV Sony 57inch KP-57WS520.Its pretty sweet but I have to use the component not the HDMI inputs.Reason is ALL cable and sat providers are mandated to have DVI/HDMI outputs deactivated till they upgrade their networks to the new HDCP standards. So Im using the components that I got from work that they give out on all installs.I work at Time Warner. The stuff we use at work is pretty thick...thicker then the stuff you see at walmart. My question is would I notice a differenc in using this cabling versus say Monster cable stuff that is $50+.

I noticed a large difference using the free components on my DVD player versus the Monster RCA I previously had.

Monster Cable is way over priced for the quality of their products.

How long do you need the cables? If they only need to be 1 meter, then you could probably drop $50-100 on some cables that'll blow Monster's stuff away.

Any yes, using better video cables than the 'spaghetti' wire that usually comes free will make a huge difference.

      Monster cable = overpriced

Get that "AR" (Audio Research?) stuff from Best Buy.
