Painting Vert Hardtop- Need some help!

Hey guys in the process of prepping for painting my vert hardtop, and I can't seem to figure out how the two metal rails come off the top. The 8 allen bolts are removed and they still seem rigidly attached. Realoem shows some sore of a clip about in the middle.
Anyone done this before? I have a small window to paint so must bust this out quick.
    Thanks
    Brian

searched and found an old post from Ryan...

they just screw into place with the 4 allen bolts, and the front is lipped over the edge. Undo the bolts, lift slightly at rear and push forward to release it.
