help needed on price..

im thinking about selling my STOCK BRONZIT 1984 325e.

The good
-93K on it runs like a champ
-new interior everything black carpet, black seats.
-the body is in great condition.
-new timing belt, water pump, the whole tune up less then 2k ago.

the bad
-tranny wines in 3rd
-keeps blowing fuse for ODO lights
- right rear strut needs replaced
- oil pan has a little bitty crack in it, quick steel is wonderful;)


so if u guys have any price range on it please post it.
