one more thing everyone seemed to forget, sunroof, taking out the sunroof and cassette would euro-size the car because all US e30s had sunroofs, why do i know this? i had to take out my sunroof for my e30 truck, also this is a good mod, that cassette is HEAVY

Um, I'm pretty sure there are E30's out there without a sunroof. In particular, I recall seeing a few 318is' without them.

          Please explain???

          On the fender.
For clarification these are indicators, and are found on most cars throughout the world in countries that require indicators on the sides of cars.

One thing I may add to the list is no OBC, but a clock instead even on late models.

              You're right, Morgan's 318is doesn't have a sunroof.

oh well at least it was rare, the only cars i ever found without sunroofs in the junkyards were euro, i took the header from one and the roof skin from the other

Just thought of one, the 'Decorative Rear Trim panel' or 'Heckblende' (In German) was an optional extra for the facelift models and replaced the normal black one that was fitted to all Euro/UK/Aussie cars. They are damn rare, even in Europe

The part has been NLA for about 10 years. I was lucky to find one on eBay.de unused. Im sure ill have a car with facelift lights one day (might even convert mine) so i grabbed it.

Here's a pic, manged to get my dog in it too :D

I have them on my eta. SMoked factory E36 side-repeaters. They went on the E30 ///M3. The actual regular E30 euro ones are kinda large and unwieldy, haha.

my description of the ideal 'euro' e30 would be -

                            exterior:
                            mtech II body kit
                            nice drop
16x9 rims with deep lip, tires that are too small thus giving the stretched sidewall look
                            black rear plate filler
                            tinted windows
                            smileys
                            blacked out kidneys

                            interior:
everything stock leather mtech II interior (sport seats)
except nice steering wheel (momo perhaps) and white face gauges.

so whoevers car comes close to that (and wide rims with stretched tire is probably the most 'euro' thing IMO)

Wow, AC, check panel but no clock or OBC! Actually thats kinda nice, it makes it easier to see all the buttons on your head unit. Personally, I'm a big fan of the analog clock, but its nice to know the outside temp.
