    M50 in the trunk?

    Has anyone fit a m50 in the trunk of a e30???

      I think someone on here did that although I don't remember who, although I think the motor was in bits as well.

            You could use a roof rack.

            Take pictures though.

                  i've transported several m50's and m52's in the trunk of my e30. I also loaded an m50 into "wh33lhop's" trunk when he bought it from me :D

                  just take the intake manifold, accessories, and oil filter housing off. it'll slide right in.

                    M20 fits in the pass seat just fine. M50 may be a little tighter, but take the door panel, and center console out and you should be fine.

                      please dont drive with an engine in your pass. seat.. so unsafe. Take off the intake and it slides in the trunk... remove the spare tire carpet/cover and throw the spare in the back seat and tie it with a seat belt... I'm a paranoid freak about things on the inside of the car. Heard a story of a tv paralizing a man in a car accident at 30 mph...
