Yeah, Jan Magnussen/Jorge Bergmeister fight was fucking CRAZY. The vette was obviously a faster car, but damn if Bergmeister couldn't drive the hell out of his mirrors. He had the championship locked up way before this incident, so I think it was shitty he pushed the Magnussen into the wall, but then Magnussen shouldn't have bumped him in the final turn.

Best race I've seen in a while!

Amazing. That was some good fucking driving. If the vette could have gotten by him cleanly though, it would have been all over.

Yeah, but I sympathize with both drivers. Magnussen (or should I say, the Vette) was definitely faster (see how quickly he pulled away when he finally passed through the pit lane?), the Borgmeister just never let him dive bomb and get away with it.

My favorite part was probably when they passed the GT40. That was insane.

Both are top notch drivers, that is just what happens at the end of a race like that. Bergmeister obviously didnt want to lose by being punted off line in the last corner, so he did what he had to do. If you read the Magnussen interviews, there was no bitching/blaming at all, he knew it was just hard racing and he would've done the same thing if given the opportunity. If you follow ALMS at all, you'd know that is just the way he drives, he hit Kaffer in the Ferrari at Mosport a few races before to win that one. If you dish it out, you better be able to take it and he does

The outside move around Murray's GT was epic, too bad it didn't quite stick

Good vid and fun on track excitement. The vette really wanted the win so he decided to try and dive bomb, loosened up the porsche so it was an easy drag race down the straight. Berg wasn't going to have any of that.

They drive hard in ALMS.

I don't think the porsche intentionally tried to wreck the vette, he just took out the passing lane opportunity and the vette went for it even though it wasn't there, resulting in no more road and a crash.

Borg knew exactly what he was doing, and so did Magnussen. That was a pit maneuver if I've ever seen one. Magnussen was in front and Borgmeister plowed through him when he tried to cut him off.
