Part out E30 325ic Mtech II convertible?

*UPDATE* After searching for a replacement, i've decided to keep the car and put it back on the road. Thanks for the interest.

So my 92 325ic Mtech II convertible has been deemed a total loss. I have the opportunity to buy it back but before i do, i want to gauge interest in the parts. I will be keeping the hardtop and the almost new (less than 500 kms) Ireland Engineering ss catback exhaust, so they will be for sale shortly.
The car looked like this before the accident.

    and this is after

The damage is fairly minor as you can see. The car has lots of good parts including a very good soft top. I have someone interested in the whole car but i'd be willing to part it out if i could do it quickly. Any interest? Local sales would be preferable. Thanks.

Why wouldnt you fix it, thats nothing to fix.Unless your just tired of the e30. I think if you're not going to fix it then you should at least sell it to someone who will instead of parting it.

lol, agreed.... Buy it back and fix, or buy it back and sell to someone here who will fix... That ain't bad at all.

I would say fix it for sure if the rust isnt as bad as these wheels wells look. Find another late model vert and swap if its a rust bucket.
