    Anyone here use WinMX? Kazaa sucks and Im looking for a decent program to find some songs. Any other suggestions?

    winmx is good for movies and tv shows. for songs, go find soulseek. i leave both running 24-7 :)

          WinMX is on a steady decline and has been for months.

          Try ARES. Its what I use now that WinMX has lost like 40% of its userbase.

            Yeah, WinMX has started to get shitty, especially when I want non mainstream songs....Near impossible to download.

              Im checkin out how I like Limewire right now. Im liking it but its crazy how much spyware Ive gotten already. Ran Adaware and Spybot right after I downloaded like 14 songs and had 51 corrupt files found between the two of em. Damn!

                    I use WinMX. I like it. I download non-mainstream shit and still get it. Just have to be really patient. Plus, I really don't worry about getting trojans or viruses from winmx as it's a smaller operation and generally goes by unnoticed :P
