    just curious what they go for?

      well i gave muffler shop my old one and wanted a muffler tip welded on. qoute was $50. I couldn't believe it...low lifes.

        They were going for a shitload about a year or two ago, Sold a few from parts cars on Ebay.

          true that, i sold an e28 533i cat for $240. we started cutting them out of our drivers haha, not like that anymore.

                  I think the Platinum in there is the least expensive metal in there, So you can see why they were selling for alot. It was only when the Chinese were buying them by the boatload.

                      only the OEM bmw cats are worth money. The after market cats arent worth dirt.
