            Carjacking is a hobby there.

Its a cool system. A friend just got back from india and his uncle has one. Its a button in the footwell so you can do it and flee. I want one that is hooked to the alarm system.
            Im now E30less.

Haha that reminds me of that one Bond movie where the dude's about to break his window, sees the little sticker that says "warning, extreme security system" or some crap like that, ignores it, and then breaks the window.

              kabooooooom..

except i don't want my E30 to blow up.. but hey lol

Think if you accidently armed the system, reached in to get your keys and you lose your face...

Go live in a country where pretty much anyone, regardless of amount of money, is kidnapped at random. In Sao Paulo ( Brazil's biggest city ) a kidnapping occurs every 2 minutes. My mother drives an '02 Golf and I am scared shitless of driving that thing on the street, because she had a gun pulled to her head twice already when she drove a '92 Fiat econobox, now imagine a $50k Golf (that's what the 2.0s run for).

I would GLADLY have a blaster in my car. I would love to see that motherfucker burn.

No, I think I'll stick to living in the US, thanks. I've got enough things to worry about in my life without having to concern myself with the astronomically ridiculous crime rates in other countries.

I may not like the government, but I love my country.

Interesting...I'd put one on mine, but I assume it will add some unnecessary weight. Wait, I ALREADY drive an iX.

we're talking about innocent people's lives here... it sucks to be a victim of crime. I love my country as well and wouldn't pick any other place to live (except some parts of europe), but at least be grateful that you don't live there.

On the other hand, if i lived in Johannesburg, then the device would be awesome to have.

I never said I wasn't grateful that I don't live there. Of course I am. But I'm not going to become another bleeding heart for all the "inncoent people's lives" in other countries that I've never even seen or met. As I said before, I have enough things to worry about in my own life, let alone all of the problems that our own country has. I say until we find a solution to all the crime, starvation, abuse, homelessness and all the other problems that plague our country, close the fucking book and let the rest of the world figure it out on their own. Yes, I feel sorry for those people living in those countries, having to deal with those kinds of things on a regular basis. But what I won't do is spend my time worrying about how I can change and help them, not look at something that shoots flames out of your car and go, "that''s cool, I would rock that!".
