I was in the middle lane at constant speed when the Cayenne abruptly made a lane change and clipped me. I turned away from him though so he got some of my tire and it mauled his rocker(tire was spinning up, pulled the panel away from his car).

I got out and asked him if he was alright. He said he had damage and that I turned into him and that he wanted to call the police. I explained that he had his facts wrong and I called. The police said that based on where the damage was, it was 99% change of it being his fault.

Nobody stopped so I had no witnesses. Insurance deemed it a no fault accident on account of that, and I was out my deductible. He was a piece of shit.
