just wanna say hi to all here,i'm new to the site
i'm in the uk and hoping to be rallying again early next year in the bm
killed the 325i engine and got hold of 2.7 hartge with tubular manifold
the engine is in and running but me being a plank did not get the 2.7 ecu!!! so its running on the old standard 325 ecu
car seems a fair bit quicker but can't help thinking the ecu is holding it back?? anyone know how much difference this will make to the performance?
will hopefully get some pics up before too long

for those that are interested a little more info on my bm
325 gearbox gone replaced with 320 (better through the gears) changing the diff for 520 auto and fitting lsd twin brake caliper set-up on rear one for foot brake one for hydraulic hand brake eibach springs bilstein shocks and can't find a power quick steering rack so got a steering quickener from a place over there i think it was boston area
a little heavy but has cut ratio from 4 turns lock to lock down to a little over 2 thats good with a rear end happy little car will list more as its done ...
