I have a 1987 320i from Germany and the water pump broke. Problem is at the store they only have the water pump for the 325i, even the BMW dealer doesn't have it for the 320i since it wasn't available in Canada. Is the water pump for the 320i and the 325i the same or are they different?

According to the ETK, for the 87's, it's the same part, assuming we're talking the M20 version of the 320, and not the S14 varient.
