GETTING SO0o0o00o CLOSe to finishing 56k NO WAY 2002 turbo content

First on My list of concerns to finally get the Turbo on is the oil feed, and return. Seems like Ebay has some fittings for the turbo, but Im not sure if it is the right thread for what I have.

Here is what I am dealing with
oil line from oil filter housing

Oil Return on Turbo


Oil Return Into Tank.


Obviously the return to tank is just a hose, but there were return lines that fit to the turbo that that hose will fit over.... Defintiley will be going threaded line if I can figure out the right measurements

Next Up I got the Crank Pulley

Still cant figure out how to Do this Throttle Linkage

These are supposed to hook up to the Throttle body... but I have no Idea how...

Vacuum Lines to MAP/boost gauge



So you see this Red Wire is a direct power source from battery that is connected to the Megasquirt, and the Injectors simultaneously.
It is turned on, and off with a manual switch on dash think the red wires say 12 vol or soemthing


Also there is the INJ1/INJ2 wires that go to the injectors as well..red power wire snuck into photo


I wired the EDIS 4 Module exactly as that Diagram

Pin 8 of edis4 seemed kindof Odd, so I plugged in a wire source for the power right there. which was being retreived by the coilpack. you can see how that power wire kinda t's into there

Aside from that stuff The turbo mounting is gonna require some elimination fo radiator support. not sure If the Turbo I have is the same as Cody's but it will seem like cutting it close:

My Megasquirt Is already programmed with MSnS extra, so hopefully I didnt do any wiring wrong.

No need for oil return line to be braided.

Also I'd make the return bigger.

I believe I used 5/8" silicone hose, if you're dieing to use braided lines go with -8an at least, -10an would be best.

I think the return line is roughly 5/8's

pictures makes it seem small but heres a better proportional
Thats a Sway bar next to the Oil return line



IT looks pretty disorganized, but its actually pretty well sorted out.
The wiring is minimal for a 2002.
and the PO fucked the old wiring harness so I have to sort out the stock wires that really dont do anything anyway (mechanial)

P.S. Danny If you have the time, could you show me how to tune Megasquirt on your labtop or come down and help me out one of these times.

The stock tii wiring harness is all Fucked up, however I am not using any TII parts so it doesnt really matter.

The megasquirt wiring Has its own a harness, a plastic one. I pulled out the harness so I could display the wiring to see if anyone catched anything.

None of the stock wires splice into the megasquirt harness. only battery power/ground.
