    Heres a review I found.


    "The Snobootz works well on hard packed snow and icy surfaces. They do claw and bite, delivering impressive grip on these types of surfaces. But if it’s soft snow traction you need, leave the Snobootz in the car’s trunk. The AutoSock is a better alternative on shallow depth, soft snow."

      Autosock works pretty damn well but most states won't let you use it instead of chains. A dry road surface will destroy it quickly.

        hmmm, that makes it more complicated since I would think you encounter ice, and soft snow on the road. There doesn't seem to be a product that covers both conditions.

          these are new from thule. Really cool and quick system, designed for cars with minimal fender gap, and low pro tires.

                Can't believe they endorse running them on the front only. I guess it isn't a huge deal, once you touch the brakes they will be in the back.
