Vintage at the Vineyards , May 28-30, 2010 Dobson, NC
That sounds pretty awesome. I am not sure if I am taking my E30 or E28. The E28 is a far superior cruising machine, but the E30 would be so much more fun in the blue ridge mountains. :)
There is a group of E28s that have made the drive from the Greater Toronto area in the last 2 years. They are a good group of people.
Definitely planning on making it this year, my favorite event by far!
I think I know who you're talking about. One is a blue Alpina. He comes out to BMWCA Auto X once in a while to watch.

I may come with...my last final is the 18th...we shall see.
SC*AR (Schwarz Army)
No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

Why don't you drive your own POS?
edit- yes you can. I require handy Js and/or reach arounds at each rest stops. Also, if we are stopped by the Virginia state police you must claim to be my lawyer.

E36's are the Stephen Baldwin of the 3 series family. They barely hold everything together and they only sold a lot because of the popularity of their older sibling.
