Depends on the tire. I've found for small, cheap tires that neither company makes much money from, that DTD is cheaper since the shipping is free.

No. Try getting a set of 195/60R14 RT615s for $174 shipped on tirerack. And not a repost. The original sale was only until Saturday. I picked up a set of 195/60R15 Falken ZE912s for my volvo for $186 shipped.

          I snatched up a set of 205/50/15 RT-615s for $230 shipped.

          Hard to beat that.

Usually TireRack is cheaper for almost everything discount tire direct sells, some tires off in price by as much as $25 per tire...but when you factor in free shipping (not that tirerack's shipping is expensive either) and a rebate or discount it's hard to beat.

I ordered BFG g-Force sport last week from TireRack at $71 (284 + shipping total)per tire in 205/50 size and these same tires are $90 each on DTD (shows up as 372 total price out the door, should be -50 though). Very close. But with a $70 BFG rebate it's even better deal still.

Hmm, I've never found tirerack to be cheaper for anything I've ordered.

I've probably ordered 10 sets of tires or more from DTD.
