    Alpina Accessories

i.e. steering wheels, shift knobs, and wheels. Are these still being made for E30s?

Unfortunately, none of it is being produced anymore. Your best bet is to scour ebay and ebay.de, but watch out for fakes, as they run rampant.

ksk-alpina.com is the only US Alpina distributor.

Most of that is still available. The wheels are still being made. The rest is NOS but being price-prohibitive its not going really fast. With the $ being so weak be prepared to spend almost $1000 for the steering wheel and individual bodywork and 2000+ for a set of wheels.
      Im now E30less.

they still make the BBKs and the engine kits (complete exhaust, chip, and a schrick cam)
and you can order that from the dealer over here.
Ac schnitzer has almost nothing for the E30,
and I was at Hartge last year, and they have nothing for the E30 anymore(except shifter knobs and universal crap like that.)
Hartge did have a really nice 850CSI exhaust there though, looked really nice

Mike what dealer where you at? Might be interested since I'm looking at keeping the M20 in the car. Can you get part numbers and such?

there is no dealer for Hartge-- I was at the actual Hartge "dealership"
as far as the alpina stuff goes, I went to the BMW dealer right here in my town that i live. they have all the catalogs for all the BMW "approved" tuners.
last year my buddy ordered all that stuff for his e30, but now he wants to get rid of it all cause he realized that it is all not really that great, and it was VERY overpriced. there are so many places to get the same stuff, or ALOT better for better prices. for example the BBK from alpina came in a box from LUCAS and it was just stock calipers from some other car that ALPINA had ground off the numbers and packed it in a larger ALPINA box. the exhaust is really nice though-- a no cat system, but its one piece from the header all the way to the end. the cam was just a shrick, and it was just a 272 grind-- you can get better for what he wants from schrick direct for a cheaper price. the computer that they chipped, has a 6900 rev limiter, and it was put in his origional computer that they sent away to alpina, but he was under the impression it was going to have a 7400 rev limiter. so it is not used either

you have to remember-- ALPINA+BMW = street legal in germany. it is great street stuff, but most of it is not really "real" performance oriented for the E30 anyway. there are so many other tuners out there now, that its not really worth the money for alpina parts--other than the optic parts which do look as stunning as can be!!!

:D Yes they do. And the nice thing is I think I can get an alcantara Momo Champion for the track to save the soft nappa leather of my alpina wheel. The centers are the same it looks so I should just be able to pop the center over it.
