Given an unlimited budget, yes. Those engines are both sick, but for the money a 2JZ can't be beaten. What's an engine rebuild cost on an s65 or s85?
$10,000, $15,000+?
What about the VANOS maintenance?
$7500+?
2JZ is way more budget-friendly. Not to mention 500rwhp is stuipd-easy to achieve on a 2JZ...ulike on an s65 / s85.Leave a comment:

OP, look into the potential of the M5x series of motors - it's going to be much easier on you and you will not miss out on what a 2jz could do, unless you're literally planning on being well in excess of 1000hp.Leave a comment:
