motors are fairly easy to rebuild, simple electric motor and gears, you are missing all the specifc wiring, stalk, intensive tank ( I have one for sale) and the main motor and relay.Better off buying a complete kit if you want it to work. If not this is fine for looks.
Well I don't know. What year is the $100 bill you are going to give him? Older bills are worth more and shit cause people had to work harder and it took them longer. I would say all of that is worth about a 1973 $100 dollar bill - but not a 1934's $100 dollar bill = stronger. :)

how very wrong you are on that one. there is a ton of stuff missing-- actually I would say there isa about 75% of the parts missing to make them work.
wire harness, rings, fluid tank and lines... all of which can be bought new (if you wanted to go that route) for realitivly cheap compared to the motors themselves. Am i missing something here?
