We all drive over the speed limit at times, myself included. But putting all of these cars out there like that creates an adrenelin rush and stupid mistakes like this guy did. He knew the cameras were folowing him and he was showing off, he never should have been going anywhere near that fast on a road he wasn't familiar with.
