    Diamond Racing Wheels (WTF!!!)

    Summary of the shitty service:

-Ordered 16x8 trucker series wheels black powder coat. 11/30/09 which was a monday, said It should only take a week friday 12/4/09

-A week passed I called back monday 12/7/09 and was told it would be there by the end of that week friday 12/11/09

-friday afternoon rolls around and nothing comes. I call back before they close an i'm told they should arrive by wednesday 12/16/09

-Wednesday comes and goes, now I'm thinking what they flying f--- is going on

-Friday 12/18/09 I call and the story changes, now the wheels haven't even been made. They don't have the 4x100 center sections to make the wheels. I'm told a shippment is arriving the following monday an I should get them Christmas eve

-12/24/09 comes and goes nothing happens. keep in mind that im pretty much livid right now.

-Today 12/29/09 I call and demand my money back. Bill says he can't the wheels have shipped already. He gives me a tracking number which I look up. They were just shipped yesterday 12/28/09. Delievery date... 1/04/2010.

:hitler: WHAT THE FUCK TYPE OF WAY IS THAT TO RUN A BUSINESS. :hitler:

The outcome is simple. Make sure nobody deals with them anymore. They stiffed you. They will stiff the next customer.
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

For such a well known company being like this.... ghey....

Damn Ean that sucks, I'd just return the wheels, get your refund and take your money elsewhere. Granted that would mean you'd still have to go buy new wheels but it would absolutely teach them a lesson (hopefully).

Is there a restocking fee for the wheels? If not return them and slander their name on all the boards.

Fucking Douchebags!, will not do business with them ever.

That sucks man. I'd be pissed too.

For anyone who's interested this company makes custom steelies too.

The secretary who answers the phone always put me on hold, would tell me he's busy, and tell me he'll call back and never did. I would have to catch him when he himself answered the phone.

Oh man. I've heard good things about D-Racing steelies and their customer service. I guess it goes to show, when times get skinny, you start to see the reality of people. I'd def. return them and I'll change my plans about ording from them. Thanks for the heads up about it...
