I bought my 325 from synthetic darkness on bf.c. I knew it was a piece, and he was straight up about the condition.

a year of abuse on the nurburgring has brought nothing but smiles from me and puckered bung holes from passengers, and that damn junk yard M20 just wont die!!!

No glovebox
Glovebox flashlight plug was pulled through the front ashtray hole.
Glovebox flashlight plug was used to illuminate the FUCKING INDIGLO GAUGES, and had to be connected every time you wanted them on.
Put in indiglo gauges, and didnt bother to remove the stock light bulbs that made the cluster glow amber.
Motor mounts had absolutely no rubber, I'm surprised it didnt shred some shit on the drive home.
New cat installed, instead of using a dual-in dual-out cat on a 325is, he used a single-in single-out and put a fucking Y pipe on either end.

let 2 dogs run loose in the damm thing and destroy the door and rear panels. Took me pulling all the seats out and basically stripping the interior to get all the dog hair outta it. Other wise it was not that bad, the 2 previous long term owners were both semi enthusiasts, and used it as a Summer time DD

PO put a sunroof in it that looks like shit. I, not knowing any better, believed him when he said it was a "rare glass moonroof". I didn't find out until I had to chase down the manufacturer for a new gasket after it peeled off the panel.

No lower oil pan.

Permatex everywhere, it took 2 hours with a pipe wrench to get the water pump out.

Catalytic converter held together with drywall screws.

Everything was held together with zipties.

Mine was a basket case when I bought it, so I knew I was in for fun
missing thermostat and siliconed in bleeder screw
wires mangled for radio
big ass ugly wing
bubbly window tint
heater, fog lights hot wired ( around fuse box)
bailing wire exsaust hangers on a cherry bomb muffler
autolite spark plugs
big ball chrome shift knob

other then that stuff, and all fixed, love the car

hard to say really which p.o did what, it has had several owners

Pulled the original radio and cut the connectors off.
Spray painted original tan sport interior black (looks like total crap).
Cut ABS sensor wires.
Cut brake pad wear sensor wires.
Put an eta tach in an IS.
Pulled bulbs out of cluster that were illuminated.
Installed crap window tinting that is bubbled and cracking.
Broke dome light brackets and removed bulbs.
Had a spare in the trunk that won't fit on the car (ask how I found that out).
Completely missing tool kit, jack, and fuel door actuator.
Almost every mounting bracket was busted and replaced with twisty ties.
Original antenna replaced with crap black rubber one.
Cheap "red" respray that is flaking and peeling everywhere.

Painted the car with gay Macco paint that looks like shat now..... oh and it slept outside uncovered so the bumper plastic is all warped....

sold me the car with euro weaves on it, then tried to sell me a set of bottle caps for $150

i was ok with the weaves tho so i passed
