    Help with XBOX Wireless Controller

So I bought a Logitech Wireless Controller for my XBOX and Project Gotham Racing 2.

Everything was fine, then all the sudden, when I try to accelerate the car, it would not move. I thought that it was the problem with the game itself, as every button seem to function (e.g. Start button, and A button when selecting the play mode etc).

When I try to accelerate, using the right trigger, the car revs, but does not move. Every button on the wireless controller is 'reacting' but I guess it's not doing what it should do on the TV screen.

Upon inserting the original 'wired' controller, everything is back to normal.

Sorry, I know it sounds confusing - im confused here myself, as Im new to everything to do with videogames...any help would be great.

    TIA

any help would be great. Thanks.

Is it run off batteries? Logitech doesn't make crap, maybe return it for a new one. If it happens again I guess be sure to be in range or something. Dunno.

Just put in brand new batteries, and everything except for acclerating works, so that shouldn't be the problem - and so same with the range...

Yah i heard that Logitech makes the best so I bought it, but now im a little dissapointed. Maybe Ill go exchange it for a new one. thanks.

Could be just that one button isn't properly connected inside, best of luck.

I dunno about the Xbox controller but my friend has them for PS2 and there is some annoying lag with them. I'd never buy one. I could barely do a flip trick into a grind on Tony Hawk Underground 2 and I've been good at Tony Hawk games since the first one. I stick to wired controllers, networks, and phones.
I retired my E30 for now...
