    I've had my hands on that car a couple times and know the history. It's not a car I would want to own, BUT the current owner has done a very admirable job fixing issues that were not disclosed to him when he bought it.

    Yes it is. Beautiful build. Given a chance to build a 2002, I think most owners aim for a car very similar to this one.
