    ETA transmission

    Short question. Will a transmission from an 87 eta fit an 85 eta?

        100% it will. both are m20 etas and they match up.you are good

            Well apparently it won't. It takes a retrofit kit for the output flange.

              Huh? You mean for different sized guibos?

              Sucks that it didn't work, but you run that risk with forums (or any word of mouth really)...
