    Throwout bearing sounds likely, the clunking from gear to gear could be several things. I would check your flex disc, your center support bearing, subframe bushings and rear trailing arm bushings, and rear shock mounts.

    Sounds like a Throw out bearing. Not sure about the clunking from gear to gear though.

    in idle when im not pressing the clutch my car vibrates and im hearing a clunking sound. when the car is on the road, the vibration is gone.

    Subframe mounts? Hearing the clunk as the driveline is loaded and unloaded.

    Either your center support bearing or your flex disc are probably badly worn or have failed.

    Not sure what you mean by the second part of your description, can you elaborate a little?

    im hearing clunk noises everytime i shift to 1st>2nd>3rd gears....
    and when im not pressing on the clutch on idle i hear clunk nice and the car is vibrating. Is this a tranny issue? :( :(
