Decent wheels that won't break the bank!

I've got 1200 to throw around I need to save a little bit of it. Rather not spend all 1200 on a set of wheels. What's a decent set that would cost me not much more than 600-700? I've always wanted kopis but they are hard to find, and are a little pricey.

Just wheels or wheels and tires for that much?

You can D-Force, Team Dynamics and TRM C1s new for $400 a set. They are all decent looking wheels, that are lightweight and strong.

All three are 15x7, and the C1 can also be had in 15x8.

I'm kinda after something 16 and up, granted I know my money situation isn't helping. Lip is nice, more lip is better. The porsche d90's are amazing I just don't know if I can drop 1k on a set of stock 16 inch porsche wheels. (including adapters and all that jazz)

I have always been a fan of K1's. Stylish, dont weight much, cheap, and can fit bigger breaks if you ever feel the need to upgrade.

Really looks like to get anything decent I need at least a grand.. Well including tires and all. college budget....

And I browse the 4x100 vortex forums reg. All they have are tiny 15's on there. Why can't all the 5x112's be in 4x100. All the badass wheels are under there.

Whats wrong with the esm's? They aren't even cheap I've seen people calling them the new sportmaxxs but sportmaxxs are 300 bucks, these things are over 1k.

Yea. Can someone like give me an honest explanation why ESM's are... well, not liked that much if so? Besides being reps.

Because the person who owns the company is a complete ass..
Pretty much uses photos of OEM stuff and passes it off as his own. Fit is junk most of the time. The only thing that isnt fucked up is his wheels. But another company makes them. So I guess thats out.
Thats what I get from reading the interwebz.

Rota Slipstreams. Cheapish and a classic look.

I'd go with some 15x8 with 225s tire rack or rota

I am very happy with my K1s. They are light, look good, and are super easy to clean. Best of all, CHEAP!
