    Any must see things in downtown Minneapolis?

    Up here for a last minute service call. Thinking of braving the stupid cold to go find food. I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was anything here besides outlet malls.

    BTW, Its fucking cold.

      No. Stay inside. The Mall of America and a Ikea store are close to there but not worth it.

          Ahh, I wish I was there. i wanna see my friends again... :|

          Check out the IDS tower - I can't remember where it's out. But, the top of the building has this sorta rounded thing sticking out. it's the tallest building in the Twin Cities. You can see for miles, it's really cool.

          That, maybe the science museum. If I had lived there longer, I'd probably know some cooler places to check out. :)

              Ive lived here my whole life and theres not much. There is an area called Block E with lots of stores and stuff. Theres a lot of bars n stuff. Also uptown is kinda cool sometimes...

                  Its actually not that bad. There is a section called the City Center or something like that where all the buildings are connected (although I chose to walk outside most of the time) and its got a lot of stuff in that area, its like KCs Country Club Plaza but newer.

                  Now time to get the job done and get the hell out of Minnesota before that ice/snow storm comes.

                              Looks like I will get the honor of spending next week in St Louis. Hope the weather improves.
