2k? Definitely go check it out at least. Somethings gotta be fishy.

If you drive your e30 on stairs, you're gonna have a bad time.

I had a 1984 4-door 323i for a couple of years (in my sig, far right) what exactly did you want to know about it? That car in particuar I know nothing about (its halfway around the world from me). But in general the e30 323i had the L-Jetronic management (but he says he's using the wiring harness from an 87 325is so it may be motronic), 80mm bore, 76.8mm stroke -> 2316cc and it'll have the 731 m20 head. It will also have the euro bumpers + valences, grills, and side markers (I think '83 models came without side markers at all). Otherwise they're pretty similar to any other e30, the ad tells you most of the other stuff you'd wanna know about the actual car, just no mention of mileage/condition.

Sorry, I was not very clear on the question:(

I meant, has anyone seen this car or know anything about this specific one. Maybe the owner or a friend of the owner will post some more information. Or even the po might post.

At the time of the first post, I was thinking about going up and checking it out, seemed like a good price, just thought I would check here, before I called.
