Hi all, I'm the new guy. I'm in the process of buying an 87' 325is. I had a 400 hp cammed out Mustang, a Taurus SHO, and I've driven all kinds of cars, but this car is the most fun to drive, I love it! Anyway, I'm just saying hi and you'll probably see lots of me on here as I am not the most knowledgable of Bimmers. Talk to you all later.

Welcome! I too came from the world of American V8s and fell in love with the E30. Although I only had 230HP / 305TQ in my 89 Camaro it had enough suspension work to stick like glue in fast turns. (I'll never forget the feeling of seeing a Viper GTS in my rear view mirror spin into the dirt at Buttonwillow following me through the turns. Yes I know a better driver in the Viper would not have done that but still, talk about an ego boost...) Nonetheless, my 88 325iS is still loads more fun to drive even though it's still stock.
