Anyone have a copy of old high price e30 adds? I'm worried they will try to total the car. I have spent a little time looking for 318is adds showing what these go for, but I'd like as many as I can find. I'd love to have the url for that silver one that sold on eBay in MN for 9K.

A fender takes what 2-3 hours of work max? You'll work on a 2002 for longer than that right? Go get a new fender!

I'd be worried about it getting totaled as well. That's a shame to hear, that's a really clean car. About valuation, there was some discussion in the BMW CCA recently about 318is pricing. I'd get in touch with Doug Wittkowski (info here: http://www.eurowerkzlc.com/contentDisplay.asp?id=), he seems to have info about high price 318is's from the past few years. Hopefully he can get some paperwork for you.

there were a few wanted and for sale adds for 318is's in Hemmings Motor News in the issue I was reading earlier today. I think it was current, go flip through one.

Check out this add ;) Clean e30 also. Not affiliated in anyway. Good luck man! Make sure they don't total it or anything and get all your money's worth. Argue with shaking fists if you have too...

Sorry to hear about your car. This isn't quite the dollar amount you were asking for but it is a purchase price, not just asking price:

Best of luck getting this sorted out.
