I voted no. The visual dissonance afforded by rolling sans plate filler could be considered modern art.
Also, a European plate filler without European bumper trim is like having Kool-aid, no sugar. Peanut butter, no jelly. Ham, no burger.-OVULATOR (as named by jflip2002)

The top pic with filler is dropped. The lower pic was when I got it back the first week from paint, that was taken prior to drop and several other mods.
The top pic + sig pic was taken within several minutes of each other.
