i saw something on top gear about senna. he was an amazing driver. to driver the cars that they drove at tht time was just...WOW! 1200hp and no restrictions. u had to be good then. -
i need to start watching top gear again... that shit gave me chills. i remember watching his final race, at 10 years old, with my father. i dont think i was old enough to appreciate Senna in his glory.Leave a comment:

Petrov did surprisingly well in 2nd practice today. Wonder how Kubica is going to respond.Leave a comment:

CHEATER! Jumping up over me by 250 points, you SOB! I got something for you at Spa when my bonus track comes around.....
EDIT: For the people who haven't seen it yet, at the end of episode 5 of the current Top Gear season there is an awesome Senna tribute. http://www.megavideo.com/?v=R7ZA5230Leave a comment:

I totaly agree with you man.for the record I love Massa. I was hoping he would run away with this one, but I also understand his loyalty to his team, Ferrari.
Massa will be a world champion... He came back from Kimi's run in 2007 with dominating Kimi in 2008. He just needs motivation and this may have been it.Leave a comment:

from the formula1 websiteThe race winner takes 25 points, with 18 and 15 being awarded for second and third places respectively. The next seven finishers will score 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 point respectively.Leave a comment:

No matter which 1 of them won, it would not ahve hurt the team. if Massa had won the race it would have given him ten more points then he had, and Alonso still would have gotten 8 or nine...what ever the points system is this yr.Leave a comment:

Politics is politics. I feel that Massa deserved this win. I also feel that it benefited the team more with Alonso winning.
Besides, everyone needs to think like a team when it come to this stuff. If Ferrari are confident that they have matched or bettered the speed of Redbull, they will need all the points they can. That includes the #1 driver. Massa has no shot at the title, Alonso does, Nuff said about the incident. Everyone knew team orders were still around, Massa just vented too much frustration and let a blatant pass happen. I am sure he regrets it...

"Felipe. You're. Stuck. With. Team. Orders. Until. 2012. Can you confirm you understood that message?"
The $100k fine was an even bigger laugh, what a blatant disregard of the FIA regs; SF probably invests that much on company letterheads. However the matter has supposedly been handed over to the FIA World Council for "further review" which may result in further penalties (including a possible forfeiture of points from this race.)
I'm hoping Sniff Petrol makes a spoof ad for a new Ferrari model with a button on the steering wheel that allows other cars to overtake it, since Ferrari tries to make their road cars emulate their Formula One cars.
What's Formula One without a little conspiracy.Leave a comment:

Massa put in a great drive. I wish i could say i was 'happy' by the ferrari 1-2 but Alonso being allowed to win and Massa having to give back what was a great race for an otherwise crappy season was heartbreaking. Most of you know im a huge Massa fan, so this was not my day... i saw it coming after the times started to tumble.
Massa will have his chance, if only Vettel was able to pass Alonso this would not of happened.Leave a comment:
