You sure your head isn't metric mechanic?

I would hope he isn't dense enough to not no where he dropped that kind of money.

the site is up today but I had a horrible experience with them and I am out $1000 so I STRONGLY recommend that you do not do business with them. It is funny their site states that:

"We are committed to providing our customers with total satisfaction. Everytime"

I love how people LOVE to use customer service catch phrases and then they are brutal at it.

              Long story short.

Sent them my diff, ended up being more than quote about (3x) fine. Get the diff and while I am installing it both side covers are loose and there is play on one of the flanges see here: http://www.vimeo.com/5586343

Call Jake that night was told. "no worries run it and I will build you a new one".

Ran it for a few events, pulled it out for different gearing. Decide to put it back in the car but wanted to check the play and fix the leak as both side covers are leaking.

Pull it apart last night to find that the bearing collar on the side with the play is sheared

The reason for the play was no thrust washer on that side. It is not a coincidence that the sheared collar, play and missing thrust washer are all one side.

I did send him an email and call the shop and his cell a few times but didn't expect a response or get one.

I have about 20 un answered emails I have sent to them and countless phone calls.

It is too bad as I actually liked Jake and thought we could have worked it out, but the lack of communication is brutal.

These clowns didn't deserve to be in business. Every diff they made for us was screwed up... Jakes response, "That's life sometimes"

                nice
