I think I am just gonna cut out the rusted parts, and weld in something to replace it. My dad suggest this stuff called POR and after that some type of rubberized coating. Hopefully this will stop the rust.

I took some pictures if anyone is interested in knowing the full extent of the damage. I also took some pics of my yellow headlight covers I just got :)
This picture is actually the other rust problem I've had since I bought the car. I think I am going to fix that while I am in there.
This is the first hole I discovered. What is that removable thing in the floorpan?
THE CULPRIT. Whenever I would go through a puddle, the tire would splash water into the cabin through this hole.
