    No shit, I hate the damn "new editions." I took physics last year and bought the 1991 edition of the text for $1.50 (not shitting you) on amazon. I figured I'd be safe since conceptual physics really hasn't changed in the past hundred years or so. I later found out that we had to do homework problems from the new edition. So I refused to buy it and jus spent time in the science library using the book on reserve. It was fucking rediculous how similar the books were. They'd arrange the chapters a tad bit different, however, 99% of the words were exactly the same. And the problems in the back were no different, about 90% of the time they were the same damn problem with different numbers... bastards...
