New houndstooth sport seats - but what's the plug for??

just picked up an awesome houndstooth sport interior

when I was unloading it from the car, I noticed there was a plug underneath the seat:


the seller did not say they were heated, and I don't want to get my hopes up. Can anyone tell me definitely what the plug is for? I apologize for the crappy cell phone pic. I'll try to get better ones up when there's better light.

Im pretty sure the connector for the seat belt only has two wires. I see at least three there plus the actual plug looks wider. Definitely appears to be heated to me.

Wire goes to seat belt clip, I have one on my driver seat only
