question on M20 swap...........

Hi there guys, i have the e30 325es, which you probably know that the motor sucks, since this i just wish i had the reguler 325i motor instead of the eta! If i buy the engine from a 325i will it work with the same tranny, will i have to chane the ecu, or other accessories. Thanks for any help!:D
