I order from them because they have almost every single obscure little part that I need whenever I need it. Also, free three day shipping on most orders and it usually gets to my door in two days.

Up until recently I had only heard a few mentions of Blunt distributing parts and had always just assumed that the selection would be small and or expensive. Also, if his personality online carries over to customer service, I'm not sure how much I could take. Don't get me wrong, it's funny....when it's happening to someone else.

In the future I'll try him, but if the parts I need aren't available and/or shipping takes too long I will probably just go back to Bavauto. I hope that Blunt can compete. I'd rather give my money to a small business which is more active in the "scene".

As a long time friend (10 years) and customer of blunt/Steve, I can tell you his prices are great and so is the service. Yes his online persona is strange, but he can get any part you need and beat any price 9 times out of 10.

I love bavauto. I order online... its hassle free, and i recieve my stuff in about 2 days. I once wasnt paying attention and bought a set of billy sports for $400 when i thought i was buying them for $350 shipped. I actually missed that sale by one day. And since i bought a bunch of other stuff, i didnt realise i paid $400 until like 2 months later. I called them up to make sure it wasnt a mistake on their end, and it simply turned out that it was a July sale and i ordered August 1st without even payign attention to the price. Regardless, they still gave me a $25 gift cert. just b/c i'm a tard.

They are pricey... which is why i shop around. But i still love using bavauto when i do.

They may be more expensive, but being so close to me means I get my order the next day.

i shop around, and i find what company/site has the best prices. bavauto sometimes does, believe it or not. i've always had excellent service from them, except once when they send me a fubar'd chain tensioner. i made a phone call, got it replaced pronto with great customer service. great people, great products.

I've gotten stellar customer service from them and I haven't even ordered anything from them yet. I had questions about turning fogs on with high beams (re-wiring) and a timing belt question and they answered both right away, and the questions were months apart. They do seem a little pricey on some things, but worth it at the same time.
