    2360, 1/8th tank.
So with an 1/8th tank, I'm probably around 2400 with the e36 seats.

      A/C: 35
      Tar: 50
      spare: 30 <----?
      You're right! :o

You can lose another 70lbs real easy just by getting rid of
      the passenger seats.
Just over 100lbs if you have the sport seat
and metal spring rears with armrest.
The dash is another 15lbs. Didn't mean to get off topic, but just food
      for thought.

Lowr3v, I know.. I know....I tried it when I first got my E30 too. :P Ditch the seats, ditch the carpet, door panels...who needs em. LOL, I was pretty surprised at how light it was but not so cool for the daily driver.

the vinyl non-sports seats weigh 40 pounds. No more, no less.
Not sure how much the rear seat weighs and all that, i'll hopefully let you guys know. 14" bottlecaps weigh 14 pounds, trunk tar probably weighs ~50.

                These figures are off.

I removed every last bit of my A/C system, it was 65lbs total.
All the trunk tar totaled up to 60+lbs. Trunk tar thickness seems to vary between models.
                Spare also varies between models.

Rear side non-popout windows would be pretty easy to make lexan.

Are you running a ZF tranny now? I thought you were running the M20 tranny, or is the M20 tranny considered a big trans?

Sorry for the confusion Beau, I'm still running the E30 325i gearbox.....just meant that it was bigger than the Getrag 240 that came in the car (maybe only 7-10pounds difference...) Then again I dropped about 18 pounds in flywheel weight.
