Some kind soul swerved into my lane on a snow storm...I had to swerve with a sudden move over to his lane and back to mine to avoid oncoming cars and ended going sideways off the road into a wooded area.
The hightlight of the moment NOT ONE DAMN SOUL INCLUDING THE DRIVER OF THE X5 STOPPED TO SEE IF I WAS OK. I had to push the car single handedly outta the thorn infested woods. Didn't want the cops to come and act stupid too....man am I hurting :twisted:
The car still drives straight. Being that I got high centered on a mound of dirt, the exhaust to the cat back seems to have been bent up and dropped a gasket or so.

Last but not least, my latest mod :roll:
I am yet to have a shop look at the car... As far as I can see the front fender looks straight, the door has to be replaced and the mangled rocker panel straightened. The tricky part is going to be comparing the cost of the repair and full paint job ( I don't want the car looking like a dalmatian) versus getting another 88 and up e30.
Was I rocking snows er yes and no...would better tires have saved me.. YES
Am I parting the car? NO I dunno yet.
I will slap my spare p.side mirror onto the car and drive it like this till whenever....Its gonna be tough convincing females to climb over the console.. :twisted:
Am I looking for a shell? I have scrounged around the usual web locations and classifieds and am contemplating on what to do.
Most important of all...why wasn't I driving the Beater Maxima? I have not driven that car in months hehe...My bro is driving it now as his 97 B4 Passat VR6 sits with a busted tranny.
Also very important...do I have full coverage.. NO
why not? Full coverage costs more than the car is worth to me hehe.

I am glad I was able to at least try squeeze inbetween the two trees and broadside one rather than hit one of them head on, get hurt (Seatbelsts save lives!!) or hit another car
