Because BMW owned Rolls Royce, for a period. I think that was a Rolls. The E1 was nothing secretive, must be in my opinion overflow of the museum.

I worked literally across the street from that building at BMW Munich all last year. Every day that is nice weather they take a few cars out from the innards of the building, wash, clean, wax, detail them, and then drive them around the building to warm them up a bit and stave off dry rot.

Including the V12 LMR and McLaren F1 GTRs. Dear god those sound amazing.
