I hear ya......and technically you are right.

But I gotta say.....most e36/ e46 and GT3 guys have no idea what 330i means.......theyll see an oe style badge and assume "stock"....or theyll think ho hum stock...then itll hit them as they see me sliding into a corner ahead of them..

..and I kinda like the car w/ some nomenclature.

I mean Im not street racing.

Why are you changing the badge out for a higher number on a sleeper?

Hate to break it to you, but your car will never keep pace with a GT3, not unless you nearly double the power you're putting down and ride on huge Hoosiers.

However I have had a 540i owner ask me what the hell I'd done to my car. I think his was broken. :p

Perhaps the word sleeper was wrong....

      anyhew...

"Hate to break it to you, but your car will never keep pace with a GT3, not unless you nearly double the power you're putting down and ride on huge Hoosiers."

      a well driven e 30 on a technical track....like Lime Rock.....can walk away from a half assed driven GT3.

Now, on a a bigger track w/ longer straights...even a poorly driven GT3 can walk on a stock m20.......but a very well driven s50 can be a problem for that GT3.

hate to break that to ya!

Get a 316d or 318i badge on there instead or just debadge it completely. Putting anything other than 318 or 325 will only attract attention imho
