            looks like a great start, if there is a dead coil on your front springs, you can just cut that off and your spring rate will be virtually uneffected, and it will look the business. if you want to start a bit more conservative, take out the coil isolators/spring pads first both of those options are free and they work. "Janderson" will vouch for these methods.

              Yep, hacked the dead coil off the tops of my front IE3's (they're getting on in age, and I'm looking to replace them soon, anyway), also not using spring pads up front. I have encountered no negative effects or problems so far.

                  oh, and we did that hackage on josh's car long after his signature pic was taken just in case y'all were wondering. it doesn't have any reverse rake any more, sits nice and proper.
