It seems as if Ireland Engineering is translating my order to Leprechaun and sending it to the homeland before they ship my springs and shocks. This normal?
Seriously tho following up on orders you placed online sucks. No one should have to do that. Ive never done that for store from Amazon to Treehouse Racing. And Ive had parts take a while to even get shipped out (e.g. newegg) If its taking a while, good business ethic its letting the customer know first his part is backordered or backlogged. The last thing you want to do is have your customer calling you up asking where his shit is. He def won't buy from you again.
I've ordered from IE two or three times and each time they were painfully slow, wouldn't answer my questions over the phone, and were generally unhelpful.
They didn't seem particularly interested in my business...so I decided to spend my money with other vendors (Turner, Bimmerworld, etc.) who were more enthusiastic.
I just received some parts from Ireland E. and I was very happy. I got an email within 12 hours to confirm my order and some shipping options to save me some money. Canadian customs were the real problem!!
All I can say is I'll be ordering from them again.
Try emailing them, they replied to all of my emails within 2 hours.
Yeah, similar situation. I ordered new DDM hids, from, well, DDM last Wednesday. I paid for 2-3 day shipping (USPS), so that would place it at a Saturday arrival. They still haven't arrived, which I am pretty bummed about. I've tried emailing them over and over again with no response back from them. I just left a message on their machine, so they should be calling me tomorrow. If they don't, I'll just call them again.
Ireland fucked my address up on my order pretty bad. I don't really understand how though considering that I spelled out my address to the mexican sounding dude on the phone very clearly letter by letter. The address on the USPS confirmation e-mail still was way off. Hopefully I'll get my stuff sometime this century...
